First, you persistently worked with us over many years and put in lots of footwork never knowing if we'd even get to the point of actually selling our current home and buying a new one - thank you for that persistence. I mean that, because in the end having you represent us, in my opinion, was the key to making this all work. Additionally, your calm counsel and factually based data helped us make good decisions in both purchasing our new home and selling our current home. You were always responsive and prepared. You were always professional in every aspect of conducting business. You had empathy for us when things got a little crazy during both transactions, yet you always kept us from letting the emotion get in the way. You kept us on track and kept both deals moving in a positive direction, despite any number of unexpected turns, some of which you hadn't even seen before in your career in this business. You very professionally dealt with your counterparts who represented the seller in the one case, and the buyers in the other case, who were clearly not in your league in terms of experience, knowledge, professionalism, tactical nor strategic skill, but never once did you let that frustration emotionally upset the deal, and you certainly never let it negatively impact either deal financially. You listened to me patiently when I didn't even know the question I was asking, and always kept things on track. You seemed to always keep us informed and I know this helped Connie feed me updates on a "need to know" basis, but the fact you kept her informed up-to-the-minute, was a huge benefit. Bottom line, you are very, very good at what you do, and we were very lucky to have you represent us in selling our current home and purchasing our new home. Thank you for the job you did for us.
